I manage Salesforce CI/CD and production deployments at International Justice Mission. Through Shift Key Software, I design websites and build native apps for Mac and iPhone.

What I do

I manage the path from approved change to verified production release.

That includes release calendars, pull requests, test runs, dependency checks, sandbox work, deployment, and follow-up when something breaks. I use the same discipline when I ship websites and Apple apps.

Release engineering & CI/CD

I run IJM’s biweekly Salesforce releases across multiple teams. I coordinate readiness, review dependencies, validate deployments, prepare rollback plans, and check production after each release.

Salesforce administration & development

I build and support Salesforce with Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Agentforce. I also handle data migrations, SAML SSO, access issues, and the release work needed to ship each change safely.
