I work across product direction, SwiftUI architecture, playback and collection workflows, platform integration, testing, and the iPhone companion experience. The goal is not to wrap a website—it is to translate the breadth of YouTube into a coherent Apple-platform product.

Two modes, one product

A source switch moves between Music and YouTube without making the app feel like two unrelated clients.

Playback is connected to the Mac rather than trapped inside a browser tab.

Orbit is an unofficial client and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. It uses the user’s existing account and service access while preserving clear platform and distribution boundaries.
